9:00 AM | Opening Remarks Ambassador Fredrik Florén, Ambassador of Sweden to the UAE, will welcome attendees and share insights on the Embassy’s commitment to Emiratisation and its support for Swedish companies in the UAE.
9:15 AM | Welcome by the Swedish Business Council
9:20 AM | Overview of the Emiratisation System Representatives from the Ministry of Emiratisation will provide an in-depth overview of the program’s objectives, outcomes, and regulatory framework, paving the way for meaningful connections between Swedish companies and local Emirati talent. Time for Q&A.
10:00 AM | Spotlight on Emirati Talent Representatives from Zayed University introduce their outreach to private sector companies and ways for private sector to engage with students.
