Operations Manager for Saudi Arabia

Albariq, founded by a Swedish entrepreneurial family nearly 30 years ago in Dubai, is presently managed by Swedish leadership. Representing and vending machines, equipment, and cleaning detergents within the cleaning and maintenance sector, the company also operates in the construction industry, representing Husqvarna Floor Preparation Machines. In the "City Cleaning" division, the Broddson brand and its large truck-towed road sweepers from Motala are represented.

With branches in Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Doha, Dammam, Riyadh, Jeddah, and Tabuk, Roland Sossi oversees the Saudi market through four of the company's branches/branch offices. Experiencing substantial growth in Saudi Arabia, the expansion has surpassed 500% in recent years, and continued prosperity is anticipated. A Swedish colleague is sought to serve as "right-hand support" for Roland Sossi in the domain of "operations," encompassing the oversight, management, and development of logistics and aftermarket activities. Additionally, plans are underway to commence assembly/production in 2024/2025, and the selected candidate is expected to play a significant role in this process. The specific work role can be refined collaboratively, depending on the candidate's prior experience and interests. Although practical experience in logistics and/or production is preferred, it is not obligatory. The company's language is English.
