We have over 25 years of extensive experience with highly - skilled staff in different range of concrete applications, including screeds, composite slabs on steel decks, foundations, steel fiber reinforced heavy duty and high tolerance concrete flooring for factories, logistic centers, warehouses, industrial and commercial facilities in the Middle East and the Far East Asia.
Our services covers:
Design of all kinds of industrial floors (traditional saw -cut floors, jointless floors (without saw -cut floors) and/or seamless floors) with armored steel joints.
Execution & Supervision of High Tolerance Super- Flat Flooring Construction with the latest technologies in construction industry,
Technical submission, including Method Statement, Design Calculation of floor slab in accordance to all load details, Concrete Mix Design and all other Required Material Specifications,
Preparation of Construction drawing and casting schedule (construction joint layout drawing incorporating all kinds of joint details, existing structure and the racking system)
All required insurances such as Design Insurances, Professional Indemnity (PI) insurance and 10 years Warranty for workmanship in accordance to local rules/regulation and practice, Contractors All Risks (CAR) & Workers Compensation insurances as well.
Submittal of Floor Flatness Survey Report.
